Composition

The Plenum of the Commission shall consist of the following members:

Chairman:

The Secretary of State for Economy and Business Support, who shall chair the commission.

Members:

  • The Secretary General of the Treasury and Financial Policy.
  • The Chief Prosecutor of Drug Prosecution.
  • The Chief Prosecutor of the Corruption and Organized Crime Prosecution.
  • The Chief Prosecutor of the High Court.
  • A member of the General Council of the Judiciary, designated by the President.
  • The Secretary General of the Bank of Spain.
  • The Director General of Supervision of the Bank of Spain.
  • The Director General of the Legal Service of the National Securities Market Commission.
  • The Director General of Insurance and Pension Funds.
  • The Director General of Trade and Investment.
  • The Director General of Registries and Notaries.
  • The Director General of Foreign Policy and Multilateral, Global and Security Affairs.
  • The Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
  • The Cabinet Director of Secretary of State for Security.
  • The Commissioner General of the Judicial Police.
  • The Chief General of the Judicial Police of the Guardia Civil [Civil Guards].
  • The Intelligence Director of the National Intelligence Centre.
  • The Director of the Autonomous Basque Police - Ertzaintza.
  • The Director General of Police of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
  • The Director of the Regional Police of Navarra.
  • The Director of the Department of Customs and Excise of the State Tax Administration Agency.
  • The Director of the Department of Financial and Tax Inspection of the State Tax Administration Agency.
  • The Director of the Executive Service of the Commission.
  • The Sub-Director General of Inspection and Control of Capital Movements.

 

The status of Commission member is personal and non-delegable. However, when attendance is not possible, a representative of the institution, with the status, at least, of Deputy Director General, to which the member belongs may attend the plenary session of the Commission, with the right to voice but not to vote.
